1. What products does Snapstyle sell?

Snapstyle specializes in footwear, including UGG®, Birkenstock®, and other shoe brands. Product availability may vary based on season and stock.


2. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold by Snapstyle are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized suppliers or distributors.


3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired items, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.


5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Snapstyle ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.


8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


10. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
